I have 20 years experience as a senior manager in education, training and management. Having worked in secondary education for many years, primarily focusing on children with emotional and behavioural difficulties I have a real passion for education. My skills include coaching, recruitment, sales and all aspects of management. I am a qualified Verifier and have a Strategic Management qualification Level 7.

I have worked in Care for over 26 years in various capacities and different settings. Prior to this my background was in business administration and customer service in office and retail sectors. For the last 15 years I have maintained links within the sectors, whilst working as a Trainer and Lead Internal Verifier for Aurelia Training. My current role involves coordinating and managing the delivery team, sales and delivering training across different Levels and Sectors.
